It’s been a busy week with this complete home redesign nestled in the beautiful village of Meopham!

This property was a 2 bed, 1 bath now converted to a 3 bed, 2 bath - no extension required just a reconfiguration of the current sqm.

Renovations are due to compete in the next couple of weeks with our design team then adding the finishing touches ✨

We’re at the halfway mark at this property with the electrics, plumbing, joinery & plastering now complete! The ground floor is also having a new bathroom fitted and full refurbishment throughout (update to follow).

It’s exciting once a client gets to this stage and can finally visualise the end product.

It’s sample day!! 😍 With an entire house to take from 🏚️to 🏠 we’ve got our work cut out…2 bath, 3 beds, kitchen, living & dining room all requiring some TLC.

Our deadline: January 31st 💪

Do we work well under pressure? YES we certainly do!!

It’s 2 weeks until the builders arrive and budgets are in place. Now it’s time to finalise the samples, visuals and get ordering!

When you think it’s all home decor magazine 📖 & online shopping 🛍️

In reality it’s a way overdue manicure and getting ahead of the game before the builders start 💪

DAY 1: 🤞hoping to uncover some beautiful flooring that needs restoring (wishful thinking!) but most importantly there were no alarm bells so beautiful new flooring is well overdue 😬

Samples are now being picked and mood boards are on being finalised ✔️

We can’t wait to see how this project develops 😍

Originally closed off and North East facing this room was once dark and uninspiring…

The scope: Bright, open & low maintenance ✔️

With a baby on the way it was time to go BIG!

By opening up the kitchen/dining/living room (more posts to follow) we were able to complete this project with 2 weeks to spare!! 👶

Accessorising and styling are still to follow but we are very pleased with the results!! 🤩
